About Jacobs Joinery Shopfitting Services

This dynamic young company was established in February 1997. This was a direct result of our parent company, Jacobs Construction Ltd, finding that they had ever-increasing requirements for specialist joinery.

The shopfitting and joinery team at Jacobs

Jacobs Joinery started manufacturing in late February 1997 on behalf of Jacobs Construction but were soon being asked to to provide quotations for the design, manufacture and installaion of bespoke joinery, predominantly to commercial markets, mainly to architects drawings and specifications

We carry out a wide range of manufacturing processes and our experience within the specialist joinery field extends to many aspects of work which have included St James Palace, London, many MOD establishments within the UK and AMF Bowling Centres - in the UK and Europe. We are able to offer an installation service along with advice on materials and design and are always happy to attend meeting to discuss requirements. We will also carry out a site survey and create working drawings for client approval prior to manufacture, if required.

Modern Shopfitting Premises

Jacobs Joinery moved into new, purpose built premises during September 2000. These premises occupy some 850 square metres of manufacturing facilities, including an extensive machine shop. Since moving in we have been able to manufacture and supply all requests.

Prospective clients are always welcome to visit our premises to inspect any work in progress and to discuss our company methods and procedures. As a company we are keen to protect the environment and, wherever possible, only purchase from suppliers who provide sustainable managed forests.
