It is Jacobs Joinery policy to source timber responsibly and sustainability.
Jacobs Joinery has a active policy of using solid timber and sheet products supplied from sustainable sources. We believe that all members of the timber industry, and especially end users such as joinery and shop fitting companies, should be making every effort to ensure we are employing long term sustainable policies. Our timber and rain forests are under very serious threat but it is now possible to create fine timber end products using trees that are grown, managed and replaced responsibly.
Jacobs uses timber certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification)
Jacobs Joinery designs, manufactures and installs bespoke office furniture, undertakes shopfitting and provides a range of other custom joinery services throughout southern England: Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. By using solid timber and sheet products from renewable sources they demonstrate a respect for the sources of timber products.
